“I Carry Your Heart With Me, I Carry it in My Heart” Such beautiful words from E.E. Cummings. A heart is the perfect symbol of affection, emotion, and most importantly love. It’s up to you how much of the heart theme you want to incorporate into your day, and this invitation is just one example of how this can be done. The invitation itself is an insert which sits inside a pocket envelope. On the outside, silk laid indian handmade paper is printed with beautiful little red hearts, on to which an origami heart is affixed. This colour palette is quite literal, though hearts can feature in any colour scheme.
Vintage birdcage themed wedding invitation in ivory, mauve and dusty pink. This A5 invitation features a lasercut birdcage and opens to the left and right. If you are considering a fairytale themed wedding, our vintage scroll invitation might be the perfect choice. While on this occasion the theme is vintage, we can alter the colours to suit your colour scheme. The invitation is printed and finished to a scroll which sits in a personalised lasercut box outer. The box is lined with embossed paper, and the scroll is wrapped in tissue. This is also a great choice is you plan to hand deliver.
The Art Deco and Nouveau movements of the early 1920s brought us some of the most beautiful art, but not just art in the traditional sense. It impacted architecture, fashion and society – expressed wonderfully in F. Scott Fitzgerald’s The Great Gatsby. The re-adaptation of the film The Great Gatsby is set to be one of the biggest wedding theme trends for 2014. Here we showcase just one Gatsby inspired wedding invitation, expressed through strong graphics, modern fonts of the period and the subtlety of classic vintage pastels. The invitation is embellished with feathers, pearls and diamantes.
This beautiful invitation is the portrait of elegance set in cream, ivory and champagne. It is a pocket fold invitation with a laser cut insert baring the main content and additional information in the reverse. The invitation is embellished with lace, ribbon and beading.
There are a lot of Indian wedding invitations out there but if you are looking for something a bit more unique, we can custom design stationery incorporating the same flair. In this example we have lasercut a Ganesh in gold, and mounted it to a gate folded ivory outer which accommodates the content in the centre and side panels. A strong purple satin ribbon accentuates the gold and ivory. Please remember that we are only showcasing a few examples on the website. If you have your own ideas, why not speak to us about creating a Hindu wedding invitation just for you.
This vintage inspired wedding invitation has all the elements for a classic, elegant couple.
The invitation was created using a combination of white linen stock and soft grey or duckegg blue shimmer boards. The layering of linen and shimmer adds to the delicate folds, topped off with uniquely designed lasercutting.
The invitation can be reproduced to suit any colour scheme and can also accommodate a belly band should you prefer. Metallic ivory or antique gold board are popular alternatives.
The modern wedding stationery sample is by far the most sought after format. The unique fold is neatly packaged and personalised with a monogram to close. It incorporates insert cards for accommodation, rsvp, gift registry information and directions. In this example we have gone for chocolate brown on gold with ivory and brown ribbon. Inside we have overlaid the content area with an imported handmade paper. The second example illustrates a different colour palette.
